Our family is trying to spend whatever time we have diagnosing and treating a couple of our family members that
struggle with complex health needs. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
Please leave a detailed message or email with your application if you are ready to get a puppy.
And Now, A Message From Your Local Weather Pup:

In Wisconsin, the cold breezy weather is here! Do you know where your puppy is being raised? Hopefully he is not in
a pole barn or pulled from mommy at a tender age to be sent home at 7-8 weeks due to housing limitations.
Of course, dogs need to play outside and have fun. We also feel that it is wiser to use crating and pens to protect
dogs/puppies from getting into trouble when they can't be supervised. However, puppies are too young to be acclimated
to Northern temperatures. They should be kept clean, dry, and safe from drafts. Whenever possible they should be with their mothers
and siblings, and various ages of their human companions in a warm building. As a pet owner, remember to limit your walks and take care that frost
bite doesn't occur where snow can build on your dogs coat. Also keep in mind, that there are breeders right in Wisconsin that are not what
they appear to be online. Please make sure that the pup you are considering buying has been born with the breeder that is selling him, has been
kept with mom until at least eight weeks, and is being raised in an insulated building, and has been carefully Vet checked and vaccinated.
Otherwise it is often wiser to walk away then make the mistake of bringing home a sick pup, as we once did.
